I've stayed at several places in genoa before, but this time at bellevue during my long weekend really surprised me. the location was perfect for catching trains and exploring the city. The staff were quite helpful. my room was clean and comfortable !

The hotel is conveniently close to the

Train station, making it easy to explore Genoa. Our quadruple room was spacious enough for our family and the staff, while not overly attentive, were polite when approached. the noise from the nearby tracks could be disruptive at times.

Dreadfully outdated furnishings!!! The air conditioning barely worked, leaving us hot and uncomfortable. The bathroom facilities were limited, making use quite awkward. Could really benefit from more plug sockets and better Wi-Fi connection!!!

The single room was kind of a mixed bag. It was clean and had decent views of the railway platforms, which was cool. But the room had a very dated feel, and it was smaller than expected. The bed was comfy enough, and I appreciated the hot/cold drinks machine at breakfast. But honestly, I think the place could use some serious updates.
